In planning each conference, we try to ensure exhibitors feel they are a valuable part of the special community we create during the two-and-a-half day meeting. To foster that sense of inclusion and community, all exhibitor fees we collect will be used to provide scholarships to deserving ANSA members who might not otherwise be able to attend the conference. Historically, as many as one-third of those who attend our conference receive some form of financial assistance from us and our sponsors.

The exhibitor fee for this year’s conference is $750, which includes the cost of table rental charges for the one-day period, Thursday June 12, 2008. There are also opportunities to sponsor meals, coffee breaks, breakout sessions or one of our seven exciting tracks.

We expect as many as 350 participants at this year’s conference, representing a cross-section of professionals in the nutrition services and anti-hunger fields. The conference will present the latest information on various aspects of nutrition, operations, resource development, program design, advocacy, leadership and international work. A majority of attendees are the directors of their organizations and have traveled from across the U.S., Canada and the U.K. to learn the most effective ways to provide for their clients.
